Q: I saw a painting on your social media that I love, but I don’t see a print of it available, is there a way that I can buy one?
A: Most likely, yes! Just email me at info@dynamicdogart.com, or through the form on the Contact page of this site.
I can make a listing for it so that it is available for purchase.
Q: Do you do commissions?
A: Currently I am not doing commissions. This decision is largely based on time constraints of my schedule. I currently work a full-time job in addition to making art and running Dynamic Dog Art. This really is a passion project for me, I love it, I wish that I had more time to devote to it. If you reach out to me, I am keeping a list of names of the kind people that have expressed interest in purchasing a commissioned piece, if my decision changes I will inform those people first for the opportunity to book a slot.
Shipping & Returns
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: I ship orders as soon as possible, usually within a few days. If I don’t have prints in stock, I order them right away, this will add a few days to fulfillment.
Once shipped, orders for USA usually take 2-5 days to deliver. Depending on destination location and postal service speed, this could potentially be a little longer. In many cases, upgrading service to 2-day adds less than a dollar to the cost of shipping, so I go ahead and do this (at my cost).
International orders usually take 2-3 weeks to reach their destination. Some arrive in as little as 10 days. On one unfortunate occasion it took 8 weeks (I was told that this was due to Covid-19, so hopefully that will never happen again).
Once your order ships, I send you the tracking information. The USPS gives you the option of signing up for text and/or email alerts, so that you can receive notifications as your parcel moves through the delivery process, if you choose.
Q: Why does shipping cost so much?
A: I order my prints from a color lab and package orders myself in my home office/studio here in Ohio. That means that all orders outside the US need to be shipped through international services which, unfortunately, are not without expense.
At this time, the USPS is my most affordable shipping option, by far. However, this is a situation that I continue to monitor. It pains me to have to charge so much for shipping, as I feel that it is a potential barrier to purchase, and I will continue to research other possible solutions going forward to try to lessen this expense.

Q: My tracking information isn’t updating. Where is my package?
A: The United States Postal Service is, occasionally, slow at updating tracking information. I am so sorry that this is sometimes the case. Please be patient if this happens. I have been told that this issue is a lingering result of the Covid-19 pandemic and, hopefully, will happen less and less moving forward.
I have yet to have a package lost, but in the unlikely event that your package does get lost, I will first work with the USPS to find it. If it cannot be found, I will replace it (if the order is prints) or possibly refund (if the order was original art and irreplaceable).
*Update (September 2022): In recent experience, the tracking situation seems to be improving! Tracking has been updating regularly and packages have been reaching their destinations in a timely fashion. Fingers crossed that it stays this way!
Q: What if I have a problem with my order?/Do you accept returns?
A: I want you to be happy with your purchase! Contact me through email at info@dynamicdogart.com within 5 days of having received your order.
For returns, the item must be returned to me in as-new condition within 30 days of having received your order. Please contact me first, as noted above, for return instructions. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
