There’s one new print release for the month of August, Moonlight Run.

Two happy, bouncing sighthounds playing on a warm summer night, under the moonlight. Little fireflies sparkle across the field, warm accents in a peaceful blue world.

The image was hand-painted, digitally, in Procreate (no AI), and is available as a high resolution print on luster paper, 8 x 10“.

In The Studio:

I have had several projects that I have been looking forward to working on for sometime now. I’m excited about them but, there just never seems to be enough time in a day to get to all of them. There are a couple of time-sensitive projects that I hope to wrap up in the coming week. Then I really want to take some time to learn how to better organize my time and projects so that I can work on more of them regularly.

It seems like it should be doable, I feel like I can have realistic expectations. But there are so many things that I want to do that I sometimes don’t know where to start. I would like to have a plan and be able to work in baby steps towards my goals.

At Home:

The big news at home is that there is a new addition to the family!

I adopted a little Chihuahua through a rescue. My little man has been lonely for some dog company since the loss of our Podenco last December, and new girl Chloe has been just what he needed.

They play together and sleep together and it just warms my heart to have that delightful spunky Chihuahua energy in the house again.

She’s only been with us a few weeks, we are still getting to know each other, but she’s super sweet and we are in love!
